Necessary ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs;
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.;
- tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.;
- green onion - a bunch;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- mayonnaise (sour cream) - 3 tablespoons;
- hard cheese - 180 g;
- garlic - 3 clove;
- butter - 30 g;
- salt, pepper, spices to taste.
Method of cooking:
Cut the zucchini into small cubes and transfer to a bowl. Cut the chicken fillet in the same way and add it to the zucchini.
We send chopped green onions and diced tomatoes there. Add 3 raw eggs, mayonnaise or sour cream, salt, pepper and your favorite spices to this mixture of ingredients. Provence herbs, suneli hops and paprika are ideal for this dish. We also squeeze the garlic. If desired, this ingredient can be omitted. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
