I take a can of beans, cucumbers and prepare a stunning salad in 5 minutes! Only 4 ingredients, and it turns out tasty and healthy. Salad recipe without mayonnaise for lunch and dinner.
Ingredients:
- Canned beans - 1 can
- Salted or pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Parsley - several sprigs
- Black ground pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt - a pinch
Preparation:
I pour one can of canned beans into a bowl. I cut two pickled cucumbers into cubes.
I cut one onion into cubes and soak it in boiling water for 2 minutes to remove the bitterness.
Boiled eggs cut into cubes.
I finely chop the greens. Salad dressing - a pinch of salt, a pinch of ground black pepper and vegetable oil. I mix everything.
Thanks to the hearty ingredients, my salad can serve as a complete lunch.
