I add only 1 ingredient, and what a big difference in the dough without it! Today I will bake delicious bagels with filling, quick and easy.
Ingredients:
- fresh yeast - 50 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
- flour - 700-750 g
- margarine - 180 g
- sour cream - 170 g
- lard - 180 g (special ingredient)
- pinch of salt
Preparation:
I add sugar to the yeast and stir until it dissolves.
I rub margarine into the flour and turn it into crumbs. I add sour cream, diluted yeast, a pinch of salt and the same a special ingredient is lard.
I wrap the dough in a bag, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then I divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
I roll out each part into a round layer, cut triangles, apply jam, mine is made from currants. I wrap bagels.
I put parchment on the form and lay out bagels. I bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
I decorate with powdered sugar and taste.
