Today I am preparing homemade cream cheese from only two basic ingredients. This is the easiest and fastest way to make cheese.
Ingredients:
- sour cream 20-30% fat - 300 g
- classic yogurt - 260 g (two packs of 130 g each)
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp.
Preparation:
I put sour cream in any convenient dish. I put classic natural yogurt here, add salt and lemon juice. Mix everything well with a spatula.
