The Ombudsman warned about the risks of traveling to the Russian Federation

Dmytro Lubinets warns about filtering measures, confiscation of phones, the possibility of provocations and the lack of an opportunity to ask for help, since there are no Ukrainian diplomatic institutions in the Russian Federation.

Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets explained why visiting Russia during the war is dangerous for Ukrainian citizens.

"Since September of last year, Ukrainians can enter the Russian Federation by air transport from the territory of other countries. However, such trips are extremely risky, because the rights and freedoms on the territory of the aggressor country can be violated at any moment," the message reads.
