Spread, without which there can be no festive table

If you are looking for a simple but very tasty spread for every day, then this one is perfect. It is prepared for once or twice and from budget products that are always at hand or in the nearest store.

Ingredients:

• loaf or bread
• processed cheese 1 pc.
• 1 egg pieces.
• mustard 1 tsp.
• mayonnaise or sour cream 1-2 tbsp. l.
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

I cut the bread and fry it on both sides in a dry pan.

In a bowl, grate an egg and melted cheese, add mustard, garlic, mayonnaise or sour cream, pepper and salt. I mix everything well.

I put the filling on the bread, delicious!
