On Friday, August 2, a magnetic storm with a strength of four points continues on Earth. This geomagnetic storm belongs to the orange danger level.
However, already on the weekend, August 3-4, a powerful two-day magnetic storm will hit the Earth. According to the preliminary forecast of the Meteoagent center, the strength of the geomagnetic storm will reach six points out of nine possible.
Magnetic storms are fluctuations in the Earth's geomagnetic field that can affect people. These fluctuations can be weak, moderate or strong. During storms, the following symptoms may appear:
- headache;
- dizziness;
- nausea;
- weakness;
- fatigue.
High blood pressure, sleep disturbances, mood swings, and exacerbation of chronic diseases are also common symptoms. The most sensitive to magnetic storms are people with weather dependence, the elderly, people with chronic diseases, pregnant women and children.

Drink plenty of clean water to maintain the water balance in your body.
