In Bukovyna, the court fined a woman 850 hryvnias who beat a doctor, a member of the local military medical commission, at a public transport stop. The reason for the conflict was that, according to the accused, the doctor issued a positive conclusion of the VLC for her husband and as a result he was mobilized. In court, the woman partially admitted her guilt and explained that she wanted the doctor to go with her to the head of the VLK, and since the doctor refused, she hit her in the face.

About this said in the verdict of the Kelmenets District Court.

During the pre-trial investigation, the law enforcement officers found out that at 08:45 a.m. on May 16, the accused arrived by bus at a public transport stop in the urban-type village of Kelmentsi. A doctor from the Kelmenets communal multidisciplinary hospital and a member of the VLK left the bus with her. When the accused saw the doctor, she pounced on her, hit her in the face with her hand and pulled her down by the hair.

"At the same time, the woman expressed a claim to the victim regarding the fact that, according to the conclusion of the VLK, her roommate was found fit for military service and was mobilized. Believing that the victim was involved in this conclusion of the VLK, the accused on the basis of personal hostility, acting with direct intent, struck the doctor in the face with her left hand.", - says the verdict of the Kelmenets District Court of July 22.

In court, the accused partially admitted her guilt and said that she only wanted to find out from the doctor how she could give a conclusion to her husband that he is completely healthy if he has chronic diseases. "The woman claimed in court that the doctors did not properly examine her roommate and he was taken away by TCC employees with an unsatisfactory state of health for military service. Her son died in the war, another one is also serving. The roommate has oncological disease, so she believes that the VLK did not conduct an examination of the husband at the proper level and sent the sick man to military service., - it is noted in the court verdict.

According to the accused, during the conversation with her, the doctor did not want to see her husband's tests, which prove that he has cancer. This angered the accused, so she punched her once in the face.
