Fires are raging in the Luhansk region, in the occupied territories. The road from Krasnodon (Sorokine) to Sverdlovsk (Dovzhansk) is on fire.
Eyewitnesses published a video showing forests and fields burning, Time Peak reports.
Comments on the network emphasize the scale of the disaster: "Fields are burning! And this is just as huge trouble!!".
Smoke from forest fires is visible to residents of occupied Severodonetsk.
"The view from 55 Gvardiysky Avenue, in the yard they continue to dig up and move everything that was lying around. A forest is burning in the distance", - they write on the network.
In addition to the fires, residents of Krasnodon, Sukhodilsk and Molodogvardiysk have been complaining about unstable water supply all summer. People called the "President's Hotline" for help, reporting inconvenient water supply schedules and regular interruptions. Because of this, many cannot properly wash things and cook food.
Earlier, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysogor, reported on the plight of miners from occupied Dovzhansk (formerly Sverdlovsk). They have not received a salary since March.
"At first they were scared by forced mobilization, then they were motivated by the appearance of Russian investors. Now they promise to pay with the funds from the sale of goods and material assets (TMC) that are still in coal mining enterprises", — said Lysohor.
