I want to show you how to cook the most luxurious chebureks. The dish is easy to prepare, and the result will pleasantly surprise you, because you have hardly ever eaten tastier than these airy and ruddy chebureks.
Ingredients:
- Flour - 500 g
- Salt - 5 g
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Water - 250 ml
- Vodka - 35 ml
Toppings:
- Lamb mince - 300 g
- Water - 30 ml
- Onion - 120 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil
Preparation:
In a bowl with flour, I put salt, oil, pour water, vodka and mix.
I cover the kneaded dough with cling film and let it rest for about 60 minutes.
Toppings:
In a bowl with minced meat, I pour water, add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper.
I cut a piece from the dough, weighing about 100 grams. I roll the piece into a thin sheet, put the filling in the middle and connect the edges.
To make the chebureks look good, I cut off the uneven edges.
I send it to boiling oil. Fry the chebureks on both sides until a golden crust forms and spread them on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
I serve appetizing chebureks with a crispy crust to the table and enjoy. Bon appetit!
