I make this dish with a juicy filling 2 times a week! This is very Mrgrow and taste!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 70 ml. warm water
- 70 ml. warm milk
- 1 tsp. dry yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Art. l. of melted butter
- 320 g flour
- 0,5 hours. L. salt
Toppings:
- 3 cloves garlic
- parsley
- 60 g butter
- salt
- 1 tsp. honey
- mozzarella cheese
- egg yolk and 1 tsp. milk
- Poppy seeds
Preparation:
Dough:
I pour warm milk into warm water, add yeast and sugar, mix.
Immediately add the egg, melted butter and mix with a spatula.
Sift flour and salt, knead the dough. Cover and leave for 40 minutes.
Toppings:
I squeeze the garlic, chop the parsley, add soft butter, salt and honey, mix.
I roll out a rectangular layer, grease with filling, grate cheese on top.
Cut into squares.
I put it in a form greased with oil. I cover with a film for 30 minutes.
I mix the yolk with milk and grease it.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds. I bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
