Ford will release a cheaper version of the Capri crossover with a new 170 horsepower engine and a 52 kWh battery. This new modification is based on the MEB architecture of the Volkswagen group, providing a range of about 370 km. In Europe, the model will appear at the beginning of next year, and prices start from 47 euros.
The current entry-level version of the Capri is equipped with a 286-horsepower engine and a 77 kWh battery, and costs 8,7 thousand euros more. The new budget version accelerates to 100 km/h in 8,9 seconds.
According to the set of options, both modifications are identical, but the more expensive version has a longer range — about 572-627 km.
