Sometimes almost all of us want to try a dish not just with an ordinary sauce, but with one that you won't be able to get away from for a long time. We will tell you how to prepare it for the winter.
For those who like spicier dishes, nature invented a unique vegetable - the Habanero pepper, which belongs to the category of the hottest in the world. According to those who have tasted such a pepper, it can be compared to the taste that we would get if we multiplied the spiciness of ordinary red pepper by 10 or even by 20.
However, if you still want to try such a sauce, you can use one recipe. The cooks told how to properly prepare the "Habanero" sauce in order to get the maximum concentration of flavor and to be able to store the ready-made addition to dishes during the winter.
How to make Habanero sauce
To prepare the sauce for preservation for the winter, you will need 23-25 habanero peppers, 5 cloves of garlic, 120 milliliters of water, 120 milliliters of apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
First, you need to remove the seeds from the peppers and clean the garlic, and then grind the products using a blender. The next step is to add salt, sugar, and water to the mass. Mix everything in the blender again. Pour everything into a saucepan and add vinegar. Stir and put on fire.
Bring the mass to a boil and cook over moderate heat for 3-5 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and stir until all the lumps are gone. Carefully pour the mass into the pan. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes with the lid closed. Allow the sauce to cool and transfer to a jar.
During cooking, it is important to use a hood and personal protective equipment - gloves and a mask.
