The head of the regional security committee of the Kursk region, Mykhailo Gorbunov, said that protective structures and shelters will be set up in the region only in case of "escalation".

The installation of concrete structures to protect the civilian population from shelling in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, which borders Ukraine, will not take place yet, because it will cost the budget very much. This was announced by the head of the regional security committee of the region Mykhailo Gorbunov.
