Today we will prepare delicious mackerel in the oven, which will become the star of your holiday feast. The fish turns out to be incredibly tender, tasty and melts in your mouth. A simple and quick recipe with a non-standard serving.

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of mackerel
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • It tastes like ground black pepper
  • It tastes like ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method of cooking:

We take one freshly frozen mackerel and cut off its head, trim the fins so that they do not interfere with us. We make an incision along the spine to the ribs. On the other side of the spine, we make the same incision to get rid of the large bone. We also do not forget to cut off the tail. We cut off the backbone and we have a fish in two parts.

We wash the fish and remove all the fins it has. Now we make a beautiful cut.

For the marinade, take 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, add ground black pepper and ground coriander to taste, 0.5 teaspoons of smoked paprika and 0.5 teaspoons of dried garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly.

Take a kitchen brush and coat the mackerel with our marinade. Let the fish marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.




Bake for 15-18 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees with top and bottom heat.
