European CPA network Everad is engaged in the promotion of goods and services from the Health&Beauty niche and helps customers from all over the world place their advertisements on reliable platforms. The project has been on the market for more than nine years. During this time, more than 200 verified webmasters appeared in his collection, and the number of covered markets exceeded fifty.

How it all began

Everad was founded in June 2012. Entrepreneurs Ruslan Timofeev, Andrey Alekseychuk and several other businessmen took part in its creation. Initially, the partner network was multi-vertical, but then the founders concentrated on one topic - self-care products.

A Cost Per Action (CPA) model was established to monetize the traffic received for attracting the audience. This means that the advertiser pays a commission not for displaying content to users, but for their targeted action: clicking on a banner, clicking on a link, filling out a contact form, making a purchase, etc.



Everad chose the market of Eastern Europe as its starting point. At that time, it was promising: similar businesses were present on it, there was healthy competition, and there was a demand for services. Over the next few years, the team deepened its expertise, attracted webmasters to the program, and by 2014 launched a self-written SRA platform.

In 2017, Everad bought another CPA network — Rocket Profit, which subsequently helped it expand GEO. Two years later, changes occurred in the organizational development of the company. The post of general director was taken by Alexander Yasyukovich. He also left the project Ruslan Timofeev. At the same time, the CPA network aimed at new locations, and in 2020 entered four dozen foreign markets, including Spanish, German, Chilean, Indian, and others.

Multinational team

Today, the partner program works in the countries of the European Union, CIS, Asia, LATAM and continues to actively expand its borders. Its offices are also located in different regions of the world. For example, lawyers, accounting specialists, business developers and support are located in Bangkok, Jakarta, Bogota, New Delhi and many European cities.



The need for such an arrangement of personnel was caused by the fact that many issues could not be effectively solved remotely. Some functions — concluding contracts, supporting clients in their native language, etc. — could only be performed locally by employees.
