What is kinesitherapy?

First of all, the patient should follow the following 10 recommendations of kinesitherapy:
1. Do not even hope for modern tablets and medicines of Ukrainian and foreign production.
2. Start regularly doing morning rehabilitative (rehabilitation) gymnastics, and also + (plus) squats with a straight back. It is advisable to take a sip of water after doing these exercises 10 times, then many problems that have arisen may disappear. This is especially important for those who work a lot while sitting at the computer. 3. Perhaps, there will not be such a therapist or cardiologist in the world who can show a hypertensive patient who, taking the pills prescribed by them, was cured of his blood pressure. In most cases, they simply put the patient on pills, which he will take in the future by whole packs and handfuls.
4. Know that when discharged from the hospital, patients are not recognized as healthy people, but only survivors of invalids. Therefore, they need to chart their own path to recovery.
5. If there are pains behind the sternum, such invalids should not meekly go to the pharmacy to buy heart medicines in order to prevent ischemia of the heart. This is a delusion: in fact, there is only further aggravation of the disease. Pain behind the sternum is a malaise of the diseased body, which is not the cause of the pain.
6. When taking the medicines prescribed by the doctor, the disabled person begins to drink them regularly. But soon he notices: they don't help! And besides, most of them don't have enough money for them! Then the patient is forced to start looking for alternative medical care on the Internet and can find other medicines there—these are, first of all, exercises of the kinesitherapy technique.
7. In case of acute pain, it is necessary to relieve swelling in which fluid has accumulated, it can be removed by physical exercises.
8. Know that angina is an inflammation of a vessel of the cardiac system. It also causes pain behind the sternum. Therefore, such a patient needs to do physical exercises to pump fluid through this vessel, and not swallow pills. Gymnastics can save the ego from pain.
