Pipeline production in Ukraine: materials, standards, assortment

The main products of pipeline production are oil, gas, steam, water, oil product, heat and air pipelines, manufactured in accordance with the standards prescribed in the Technical Regulation of Pressure Equipment (Directive 2014/68 / EU PED), DSTU, OST and SOU NAEK "Energoatom". The latter are supplied in the form of connecting elements, assembly units and enlarged assembly units (blocks). Manufacturer of pipeline parts "YUTEM-TT" designs and manufactures standard and non-standard structures from carbon, low-alloy and corrosion-resistant steel for consumers in the heating, utilities, chemical, oil and gas, food, mining, processing, shipbuilding and machine-building industries.

Technical base of the plant

The production facilities of the company "YUTEM-TT" are located in workshops with an area of ​​3850 m² and in open warehouses with an area of ​​1590 m². The plant is equipped with the latest technology:



  1. equipment mainly European (PAVALEX, BOMAR (Czech Republic), COPIER (Netherlands), MEBA, WELDOTHERM, ROSLER, (Germany), ESAB, Atlas Copco (Sweden), PROMOTECH (Poland); Taiwanese (WETORI) and Chinese (REDDOT) models;

  2. multifunctional machines for solving a wide range of tasks. The technological base of the plant consists of measuring devices for quality control of materials and semi-finished products, CNC machines, devices for cutting and rolling of sheet steel, equipment for processing metal blanks, hydraulic forming presses, shot blasting chambers, machinery for marking and packaging finished products, welding manual, semi-automatic and automatic devices.



A modern technological and production base, a team of professional engineers, workers and managers is the basis of a plant that supplies pipeline elements to the Ukrainian and international markets. The company "YUTEM-TT" constantly expands the range of manufactured products, conducts the design and development of new products.

Characteristics of the assortment

At the "YUTEM-TT" plant, production has been established:

  1. hydroformed and welded tees. These details provide the possibility of branching of the pipeline system and distribution of technological flows of the working medium. The diameter range of seamless products is from 57 to 325 mm; elements made by welding technology — from 426 to 1440 mm;

  2. solid and welded taps. The function of the element is to ensure a smooth change in the direction of the highway. The diameter range of seamless products — from 57 to 325 mm, welded — from 325 to 1440 mm;

  3. stamped and welded transitions. They make it possible to connect tracks of different standard sizes to each other. The diameter range of seamless products is from 25 to 325 mm, welded products are from 426 to 1440 mm;

  4. turned products This group of elements includes flanges, fittings, plugs, bottoms, bosses, washers;

  5. pipeline supports and blocks (D 57-1200 mm with a wall thickness of up to 25 mm);

  6. straight-seam pipes for arranging straight sections of the highway. The maximum rolled thickness is 25 mm. The diameter series includes products with D from 530 to 1220 mm.

The "YUTEM-TT" plant designs and manufactures parts for pipelines of low, medium and high (more than 10 MPa) pressure, intended for the transportation of neutral, weakly, medium- and highly aggressive media, with temperatures from -70 to +450 degrees Celsius.
