The BS House project was implemented by the Reisarchitettura architectural bureau in the vicinity of the world-famous white city of Ostuna on the southern coast of Italy. The residence with an area of ​​170 square meters is built in the countryside and is distinguished by a number of modern solutions, rethinking regional traditions, including in terms of forms and materials. The mansion is harmoniously integrated into the surrounding nature, and the Smart House system makes it fully automated and autonomous through control from a smartphone, on which a special multifunctional program with a wide range of features is installed, designed to make the life of its owner as rich and comfortable as possible, while giving him a feeling of absolute elegance and luxury.


The residence is built on a hill and is surrounded by an olive grove. The concept is based on the principle of the inner courtyard, so popular in this region thanks to the creation of a shaded space. The house itself has a C-shape and is oriented to the north, protecting the premises from overheating by the hot sun through large panoramic windows. The guest room and master's studio are designed in the eastern wing, the central space is reserved for the dining area and the kitchen, and in the western part of the house there is a master bedroom and a second studio for the wife, followed by a guest room with a separate entrance and utility rooms. On the north side of the residence there is a swimming pool with a terrace and gazebo for relaxation, as well as a sauna.





As the main finishing materials, the architects chose traditional Apulian stone and lime plaster. Window frames are made of oak, floors are made of concrete in the living room area, and wood in the bedrooms. All furniture in the residence is represented by the best Italian brands.

Special attention in the project is paid to energy saving. For this, an integrated system was implemented and hygienic pumps, solar batteries, photovoltaic panels, a charging station for an electric car and energy consumption monitoring.
