The company "WebProduction" - a Ukrainian developer of corporate software solutions - offered clients a new version of the OneBox CRM system - OneBox Next. The next generation of the system is available on the company's official website from February 1, 2017.

The early version of "CRM OneBox" was awarded the "Ukrainian People's Award" and "Ukrainian Choice" awards in 2016 as the best CRM system in Ukraine. But the developers did not stop there, but continue to develop the product.


Available updates

– Free mobile application for the new functions of "OneBox Next" for iOS and Android.

– Quick assignment and voice assignment. It is enough to enter the name in the field under the desired day in the calendar and press "Enter" to save the task. Moreover, voice assignment of tasks is available: the user's speech is converted into text descriptions.

– New modern interface "OneBox Next", in which you can drag, add and remove blocks. Task fields are available in any combination: "Leave a comment", "Send an email", "SMS" and others. Even a system of likes and dislikes for comments and files has been added to the tasks.



Improvements to the OneBox Store online store module:

- Developed functions for "dropshipping" business models in the client-supplier's office.

- The display of the online store can be individually customized by the user for the screens of mobile phones, tablets and PCs to his liking. The new interface of the client's online office is also being edited.

– Synchronization of CRM systems among themselves: quick exchange of price lists with suppliers, without the need to manually upload price lists. Changes to goods in the distributor's "OneBox Next" are automatically displayed in the seller's database.



The updated editor of business processes received even more opportunities for individual customization. The library of automatic actions has been supplemented with new functions.

Neuronet forecasts:

– predictions of calls and letters from the client directly in the contact and order card;

- predictions of the best performers of the business process and the possible results of the task.

A testing system has been introduced to train employees. The manager enters the questions into the testing form and sends the tasks to the employees. The process and result of the test is controlled by the system and notifies the supervisor about the results.
