We choose a wall-mounted gas boiler

Wall-mounted gas boilers are considered the best solution for homes with a small area. In the latter case, it is enough to buy a wall-mounted boiler, install it on the wall, connect it to gas, and you can immediately start using it. But gas boilers of the above type are found on the domestic market in different ways, and it is important for the buyer to choose the only correct option.

Wall mounted long-burning boilers, which have a closed burner, belong to the most high-tech equipment, since they are equipped with an additional modulated (fan) burner capable of increasing or decreasing the speed of the impeller in direct dependence on the indoor temperature. The dependence here is direct - the more air begins to flow into the combustion chamber, the higher the power of the thermal equipment will be at a sufficiently low fuel consumption.

All this allows the boiler to have an efficiency of up to 93 percent and is characterized by extremely compact dimensions - versions with a capacity of up to 17 kW rarely weigh more than 35 kg, and the seat on the wall occupies the minimum - no more than 0.6 sq/m! In other words, if you buy such a boiler for your own home, install it on a load-bearing wall with the help of anchor bolts, you can safely assume that the gas heating equipment will hang and last for decades.

The above-mentioned boilers structurally refer to the thermal equipment that is considered energy-dependent. That is, to start them, you will need electricity, from which the circulation pumps and the fan burner itself together with the electric ignition are required.

With frequent power outages, but with a stable high incoming pressure of natural gas, it makes sense to buy a wall-mounted boiler with an open (atmospheric) burner. Most often, it is presented in the form of several parallel installed perforated pipes, from which gas escapes with high pressure. Such burners are valuable for their reliability, quietness and low price. Due to the absence of mechanical parts, fan burners can be used for decades without breakdowns.

The above-mentioned boilers are also produced by manufacturers in a two-circuit form. In the latter option, an additional heat exchanger capable of heating water for the DHW system is installed in the combustion chamber. Having bought such a boiler, you can firmly count on the fact that hot water will appear in the house at a very reasonable cost.
