UniDim expanded the range of solid fuel boilers

The UniDim online store has expanded its range of solid fuel boilers. Novelties — pellet boilers TatraPELL and BIOTEX from the Polish-Ukrainian manufacturer TATRAMET.

The UniDim company has replenished the line of solid fuel boilers with new energy-efficient models manufactured by TATRAMET. In October 2016, pellet boilers of the TatraPELL series and universal BIOTEX series are available for order.

The hydrocarbon market in Ukraine is unpredictable today. Natural gas prices are steadily rising. Against the background of such events, the increased demand for solid fuel boilers is logical. Coal, wood, fuel briquettes, pellets - solid fuel is much more accessible and cheaper than gas. Taking into account budget compensations, installing a solid fuel boiler is an economical solution both in the short and long term.




The main limiting factor when choosing a solid fuel boiler is the need for frequent maintenance. Traditional equipment requires cleaning and adding a new portion of fuel, depending on the outside air temperature, every 4-6 hours. This repels many potential buyers: no one wants to be a firebrand in their home.

But there is a solution. The use of pellets as fuel — small pellets made of wood — allows you to automate the process of feeding them. Pellet boilers, such as the UniDim novelties — TatraPELL and BIOTEX — are equipped with a hopper for bulk fuel, an automatic pellet feed mechanism, and a special pellet burner. The pellet supply is controlled by a microprocessor controller. Ignition occurs in automatic mode. Since the ash content of the pellets is within 3%, the feeding is done automatically, and the duration of the boiler's operation on one loading (or rather, filling of the hopper) increases sharply. Without cleaning and charging, the pellet boiler can work for more than a week. The limiting factors are the volume of the bunker and the ash chamber.


TatraPELL — boilers with an external hopper, BIOTEX — with a built-in hopper. The BIOTEX series is versatile and can work on coal, peat, briquettes, sawdust, wood chips. The equipment is manufactured using modern technologies. Only special materials are used as raw materials — boiler steel S235JR for the heat exchanger, fire-safe mineral wool. The products are equipped with a microprocessor controller and a fan. It is possible to retrofit automation with a flue gas sensor zPID, which allows you to save up to 20% more fuel.
