Quite a large number of people, especially Russians, like to go to the bathhouse. The very word bath sets up positive emotions, pronouncing this word, a person immediately imagines a picture of him relaxing in a steam room. These are unforgettable sensations. Breathing in special oils or the aroma of an oak broom, a person will be able to truly relax. Besides that projects of baths 6x6 with a toilet they are perfect for relaxation, experts also recommend such a bathhouse as a health resort. After all, in fact, the bath contributes to the improvement of the condition of the human body.

There are several types of baths and all of them are unique in their own way. They differ in size, temperature in the room and pre-bathroom (although it can be adjusted, but there are such steam rooms where the temperature can rise to a certain degree.) But today, two main types of baths can be distinguished, these are Russian and Finnish, namely are very popular among people.

- In first place, of course, is the Russian bathhouse. The current bathhouse is more improved than its predecessors. Shelves take the form of wooden linden steps, next to the stove. For beginners in the bath, the first and second shelves are suitable (they are less heated, approximately 50-60 degrees, compared to the top shelf, where it is higher than 100 degrees), but just as amateurs will want to climb on the top shelf to steam properly. To obtain steam, it is necessary to heat the stones that are in the furnace itself, after the stones are heated, they should be covered with cold water. And it is much easier to breathe with humidified air. Those who wish can be steamed with a broom, which doubles the relaxation effect.

- In the second place, we can single out the Finnish bathhouse, or another way to call it - sauna. She is very much in demand in America. Its characteristic features are that it warms up with the help of dry, not wet steam, as in a Russian bathhouse. In this steam room, the average temperature reaches 100 degrees, or even higher. The humidity in the sauna is between 10 and 20%. Brooms are not used in Finnish baths, as it is possible to damage the skin, get a burn, and then the consequences will not be happy. It should be noted that such baths prefer to be installed not far from a body of water, so that, after leaving the steam room, you can cool off in the water.

Any bathhouse is good by itself and everyone can, after visiting it, relax to the fullest.
